Position Overview
Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce operations, ensuring work is executed according to drawings, specifications, safety requirements, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise site activities and labour, coordinate subcontractors, monitor workmanship and material usage, ensure adherence to drawings and safety practices, and report daily progress to the site team.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or ITI qualification in Civil Engineering or a relevant trade with 3–6 years of site experience; good knowledge of construction activities, drawings, measurements, and site coordination.
